Because of the shorter lifespan of our pets, we stress the importance of an annual physical examination. Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. Besides the head-to-toe exam here are some other services we offer...

Surgical SuiteDiagnostic and Therapeutic Services:  Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs.

Surgical Services:  Our state-of-the-art surgical suite provides for the performance of a wide variety of surgical procedures including, but not limited to; spays, neuters, splenectomies, exploratories, cherry eye surgeries, declaws, enucleations, amputations, mass removals, etc. If you would like a surgery consultation please feel free to call us and schedule an appointment!

Anesthesia: Besides utilizing the safest available anesthetics, we also perform Pre-Operative Bloodwork to provide an extra margin of safety. Utilizing the most modern equipment and a dedicated Anesthetist helps to thoroughly and accurately assess your pet's vital signs at all times.

Radiology Services:  Our on-site, digital X-ray equipment provides high quality radiographs to aid in the quick diagnosis of many different disorders. By being digital we can pull up your pet's x-rays on the computer allowing them to be more conveniently stored, accessed, and shared. We also offer OFA X-Rays for the detection and assessment of hip dysplasia.

Electrocardiography Services:  We will provide ECG services on-site as well as consultations with cardiology specialists should your pet require them.

Individualized Flea Control Programs:  Programs can be developed to fit the specific needs of your pet and your own particular environmental situation. We will review with you the best ways to control fleas in your house, your yard, as well as on your pet.

Dietary Counseling:  We will provide guidance regarding your pet's nutritional needs for each life stage, including (but not limited to) dietary requirements for growth, weight maintenance, and performance.dental AfterDental Before

Dentistry:  Our dental services include full mouth dental radiographs, a thorough teeth cleaning, polishing, and a fluoride treatment; tooth extractions, and oral surgery. We also provide many different preventative options to best fit you and your pet. The before and after pictures on the right side of the screen are of a patient who had very bad breath and as you can see, very heavy tartar. It is always a good idea to get your pet in for a dental cleaning when you start to see yellow build up on the teeth; the earlier they get cleaned, the less teeth will need to be pulled later!

Laboratory:  Our in-house laboratory facilities provide for serum chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis and parasite testing. We also utilize commercial veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnostics and consultations, such as biopsy and mass removal pathologists.

Permanent identification: We are proud to offer Microchip Implantation to you and your pet as a means of permanent identification. It is a simple and safe procedure that takes less than a second!

Pharmacy:  We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos, flea and tick control products, and heartworm preventatives to meet the needs of your pet. There is also a full line of prescription diets to meet your pet's individual needs!

Behavioral Counseling:  Advice can be provided regarding the correction of problems such as excessive barking, chewing, spraying, scratching, digging, house soiling, and aggression. We recognize that each pet is an individual with their own learning style and needs.
